If you’re a customer of Google Adwords, then you will be well aware of how as their customer you are ignored when issues arise. Sometimes after days and sometimes weeks of waiting for a problem to be fixed you have got to wonder how any company can stay afloat after such poor service.
Well it has got to be taking its toll, because Bing is not slowly but quickly becoming the choice for advertisers and SEO alike. In addition to the fact that you are treated with respect by Bing as a company or an individual, they are also becoming the search engine of choice since Google’s results are now plagued with results from its partner’s ask.com and others. The results have little or no relevance at all.
Only two years ago, I could call Google and talk to someone in regards to whatever technical issues I was having, and sometimes they would even call us and give advice on getting things to work better. Fast forward one year, dealing with Google’s products and services now on behalf of Wontek.com has become a living nightmare.
To add to the trouble and struggles that any small business or company has against the giant corporations in regards to SEO; it has become a new ball game with Google ’s search results. As the organic results space of Google's search engine has been replaced with at many times irrelevant ads and the organic results that persist being those of large websites which manage to gain ranking despite offering no real value to searchers.
These factors are combining to push searchers to seek alternatives with Bing being the top replacement for a searchers quest for relevant results.
The growing share of traffic to Bing is making Bing Ads a worthwhile alternative to Google's Adwords platform and this will only continue to expand.
Google is so fixed on exploring new ways of getting customers for other products, that a massive existing customer base is being driven away and they seem oblivious to it.
