When a request for a URL or download is made... There is an almost 10-second delay in response before the data comes down the airwaves; other people have been reporting intermittent slower speeds on HowardForum.comWhether this is due to overload of traffic on the AT&T MVNO servers, or AT&T trying to crack down on the overuse of their MVNO network, as has been done with native AT&T unlimited plans it’s anyone’s guess.
