My Straight Talk customer service experience

Ok I had some trouble today with my Straight Talk phone and I wanted to write an article purly on the customer service.

This morning I found that my Straight Talk phone had become deactivated for reasons unknown at the time, I logged in to the Straight Talk website to find out what had happened to my phone, and basically I was told that someone I had a ticket already open, which was news to me....

I then tried to all a number again on the phone to try to get customer service, I was finally transferred to a human and I was told by the guy that someone had put a request to transfer another number to my phone, which once again was news to me. After some doing some stuff one their computer I was told that everything was fixed up and ready to go...

Yes everything was fixed, couldn't be more happier... I was annoyed that the service had been cut for no reason, but at least they were quick to get it up and running again.
